Job Description

  1. ·         Handling the cycle of Recruitment. (Preparing Job Description, Posting of job,* Coordinating with Placement Consultants, Arranging Interviews and Coordinating the interview with the respective department)
  2. ·         Taking Care of Joining Formalities & Onboarding Activities
  3. ·         Coordinating with the Statutory Compliance Vendor for all staff queries
  4. ·         Drafting different types of letters (for example: Appointment Letters, Confirmation/Increment letters, Warning letters, Relieving Letters etc)
  5. ·         Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances if any.
  6. ·         Handling the exit formalities (Form filling, Submission of Office properties)
  7. ·         Basic Understanding of salary components.
  8. ·         Admin Related work - Handling Stationaries, Office Equipment's AMC etc

The job involves handling hiring, making sure we follow the law, managing office tasks and helping the Senior HR with daily work.
